They won't reply, or they'll brush you off with a canned response. The only way to get a real answer is to get a lynch mob going (as someone suggested in the other thread).. but it'd have to be in the mainstream media with a lot of people behind you.
All this stuff is automated. I'm sure this ban is because of self-appointed internet censors who go around *looking* for stuff to ban-- and no matter how carefully you point out that you're within the ToU, these nuts will ban you because to them bondage == bad. Enough votes, and you get deleted, period.
Real porn, "degredation of women," "incitement to violence," etc. all cause a lot of work for the few people reviewing these complaints, so I don't expect they'll be very charitable to anything tarred with that brush. Maybe with things that could clearly blow up like (say) something about women's health they'll bother to reconsider, but really they just don't want controversy. So unless you get a get a good lynch mob going (and I'm sure they don't think you can get one going, at least outside SF), they're going to blow you off. Hey, they blew me off when I asked about one of your earlier bans.
FWIW, YT is still a pretty separate entity in Google. The production systems were moved to Google's infrastructure, but the running of the "property" is still all those people in San Bruno. (But I'm not saying Google would be any better these days.)
